The Sales & Service Representative will be responsible for selling and servicing saunas, wood-fired hot tubs, cold plunges, accessories, outdoor showers, and sauna heaters. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be organized, and have experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team are also essential. The Sales & Service Representative will be responsible for managing their own sales, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
