My client, a booming services company that has been in business for over 35 years, is adding a Bilingual SpanishSales Specialist to their team. 100% remote role. The salary is up to $45,000 base salary to start with first year earning expected between $55k-$75k which includes monthly commission. Work/life balance with great benefits. M-F 8-5. Must live in CST time zone. Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist:
- The Sales Specialist will identify new business by making outbound cold calls.
- Build and maintain pipeline of prospects in Dynamics.
- Act a partner to clients by identifying their needs and suggesting product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
- Supports leadership in driving department goals.
- Meet or exceed the monthly sales quota.
- Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to determine strategic sales approaches.
- Work with sales support to provide a "best-in-class" on-boarding experience for new clients.
Preferred Qualifications of the Sales Specialist:
- Drive for success and ability to take rejection.
- Comfortable with making high volume of daily cold calls from list of prospects.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must be a US Citizen.
