We're looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join a vibrant Sales & Marketing team in Bothell, WA! This on-site role offers steady, full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a competitive pay range of $22-24 per hour. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct incoming calls and route online inquiries
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support customer inquiries and provide assistance to team members
- Oversee office supply orders to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring:
- Previous office experience and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail in writing and editing
