Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:
- Conduct customer research and provide exceptional customer service experience to established clients and sales team
- Manage the intake and delivery process
- Coordinate demonstration scheduling
- Enter quotes
- Prepare promotional materials for events
- Set proper expectations on process and service levels with customers and Internal Operations Team
Qualifications of the Sales Support Administrator:
- Empathetic personality and a strong customer orientation
- Strong communication skills written and verbal; both externally and internally
The Sales Support Administrator role is fully onsite in Hudson, OH with a salary range of $45,000 - $52,000 depending on experience.
