As a Sales Support Coordinator working within the Sales department at PanelClaw, you will support the Project Managers and Outside Sales team in all administrative functions related to purchase orders and project documentation.
What You’ll Do:
- Consolidate and share documentation with customers.
- Support PM’s / Outside Sales on quote generation.
- Transmit and file documents required to establish new accounts, such as credit applications, equipment purchase agreements and NDA’s.
- Synchronize with Sales Ops to ensure accuracy of orders including quantities and parts.
- Act as the internal liaison with Sales Ops
- Collaborate cross functionally with all PC teams-primarily Outside Sales, Field Services, Sales and Supply Operations, Technical Design and Applications Engineering.
- Provide back-up support to PM’s and Sales when they are out of the office.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and process oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What We’ll Offer
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $21 and $23/per hour, if located in the Boston market. In addition to the base rate, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
