About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our clients team as a Sales Support Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support and customer service, and will be committed to providing exceptional support to our clients sales team.
Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Duration: 12 months with possible extension to 24 (w2 contract/full time hours)
Shift: M-F 7:30 AM-4:30 PM CST
Locations: Working remote 2 days (Mon\Fri) in office: 3 days (Tues-Thurs) off Wiseman Blvd, San Antonio, TX, 78251

Job Duties -- Provides scheduling and administrative support to sales force members (one [1] Sales Support Coordinator per two [2] sales force members).
- Makes scheduling calls and sends scheduling emails based on sales team preferences.
- Secures ten (10) meetings with Financial Advisors weekly per sales force member (total of 20 per week), working from lists provided by Client and tracked in Clients CRM system.
- Proactive scheduling activities (scheduling phone calls and scheduling emails). Minimum of 80-100 Scheduling calls per week.
- Utilizes scheduling tools in client relationship management system (CRM) to ensure all meeting attendees are tracked.
- Works with sales force members to update/classify/segment contacts in CRM.
- Identifies potential meetings or business opportunities by tracking visit rotations and/or conducting research using various resources and data management tools (i.e., internet searches, CRM reports).
- Coordinates meeting logistics, confirms meetings, and reschedules canceled meetings.
- Schedules travel and coordinates visit preparation.
- Sends literature and other requested materials to meeting participants.
- Coordinates travel arrangements (e.g., airfare, hotel, transportation) on behalf of the sales team member.
- Orders meeting materials and literature.
- Prepares, confirms and tracks invitations, utilizing CRM as appropriate.
- Collects data and provides information regarding meeting content delivered and other feedback from attendees.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of CRM and ability to apply it to work assignments.
