About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide internal administrative support to internal sales representatives.
- Assist with preparing price quotes, setting up customer accounts, and managing various tasks as directed by the sales reps.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
- Assist in creating and maintaining marketing and sales materials.
- Generate sales forecasts and provide updates on performance metrics to Branch management as needed.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and prospect interactions.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of logistics industry concepts.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
- Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, including sales and payment terms and customs compliance, is preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and responsible with a high degree of personal accountability.

- Pay: $20-22/hr.
- Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon - Fri
- Location: 100% in-office
- Type: Contract-to-hire
