Sales Support Representative - $20-22/hr. - Ultimate Staffing Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide internal administrative support to internal sales representatives.
• Assist with preparing price quotes, setting up customer accounts, and managing various tasks as directed by the sales reps.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing and sales materials.
• Generate sales forecasts and provide updates on performance metrics to Branch management as needed.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and prospect interactions.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of logistics industry concepts.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, including sales and payment terms and customs compliance, is preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and responsible with a high degree of personal accountability.

• Pay: $20-22/hr.
• Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon - Fri
• Location: 100% in-office
• Type: Contract-to-hire
