This position seeks a self-disciplined, entrepreneurial and ambitious team member to support the K-12 Streaming division in key areas including lead generation, lead qualification, sales support, market analysis, customer service, and data management, with the ultimate goal to help build a pipeline.
Qualified candidates must possess a high level of relationship skills, and good organization, which will translate into positive customer service and thorough communication with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supervised prospecting, generate leads, set up calls, and engage with potential clients to drive new business opportunities.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure strong communication and proper hand off of qualified leads
- Provide follow-up support to Account Executives through the entire sales cycle
- Meet regularly with Account Executives to review activities and opportunities from the prior day
- Analyze existing accounts to identify trends and opportunities in the market
- Assist in preparing materials for sales presentations
- Manage account database by entering critical information needed to successfully manage each account
- As part of the team, help develop strategies to best target potential customers based on trends and patterns observed from customer contact and research
- Meet with the Sales Manager bi-weekly to discuss the progress of research, resolve questions regarding future directions and discuss any proposed modifications based upon research results

Professional Requirements
- Technical aptitude & proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to assist team members in the completion of tasks and have strong organizational skills
- Enjoy cold calling
- High level of relationship skills; excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Self-starter, team player, independent yet supportive
Educational Requirements
- Pursing a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Communications preferred
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Expected graduations date of December 2025 or May of 2026
