Sales Support Representative - Must Live In Colorado - TEKsystems

TEKsystems has an exciting new opportunity for a sales support representative with an international apparel company. Please apply if you have prior sales support/client support customer service experience and are looking for your next position!

Description:

- Will start as a support role assisting Territory Representatives with administrative tasks and learn the ins and outs of the role.

-This position involves some customer service but is mostly a back office sales support role working heavily in Excel and coordinating between the sales team and various clients' procurement teams.

- After being established, will work towards supporting clients.

- Work with wholesale team, supporting clients.

- Work directly with sales team ensuring accurate and timely orders, management, and shipments

- Receive incoming calls from clients (often procurement teams) and sales team

- Processes orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives

- Maintains the order books for accounts in Excel

- Communicates order book status to sales in form of weekly, and monthly reports

- Partners with Customer Financial Services to release orders for processing as needed

- Communicates with DC to ensure accurate and timely shipping

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a professional office setting

Proficient in Microsoft Excel: vlook-ups, macros, sorting/filtering

Excellent verbal/written communication.

Motivation and drive to begin a career and move up in the company.
