Sales Support Specialist I - Pacific Seafood

Summary:

Maximize company revenue through outstanding customer support and logistics. Interface between customers and production management to ship orders in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction. Find alternative shipping processes to economically, efficiently and effectively ship product. Responsible for achieving the sales/logistics goals established by the sales manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence, and teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.
• Responsible for assigned accounts and assist in day-to-day operations of the sales force and all customers, Increase sales through regular contact with our existing customer base.
• Identify customer needs and meeting product/shipping requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with outstanding customer service and establish creative approaches to solving customer issues.
• Facilitate positive and productive business relationships.
• Understand budget and forecast revenue goals.
• Additionally, understand sales volumes and logistic options.
• Facilitate Orders shipping out daily.
• Meet and work to exceed sales quotas.
• Involvement with miscellaneous projects, including promotional items and marketing materials.
• Communicate inventory, sales, and packaging strategies to team members. Move with a sense of urgency.
• Answer Phones and able to clear orders.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license.
• Requires ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Preferred

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university in culinary arts, aquaculture, or business degree. 

Pay Range: $23 - 25  Hourly
