We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist II for the SustainableHome Lending Department.
Credit Human’s mission is to help our members create, build, and maintain financial slack. This requires us to create an outcome consistent with our vision of communities free of financial stress. Responsible lending plays a vital role in the economic health of any community. The principal objective of SustainableHome Lending is to supply a source of provident credit for homeowners seeking to improve the sustainability of their home, thereby increasing their financial slack.
In the SustainableHome Lending Division at Credit Human, as a Sales Support Specialist II, you will have a crucial role in advancing the success of our sustainable lending initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring operational excellence during the sales onboarding and renewal process, while delivering exceptional sales support to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a complex and fast-paced start-up environment with many moving parts. Success in this role depends on embracing attention to detail, tolerance to ambiguity, context shifting, imagination, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Highlights:
- Establish effective communication with dealers to discuss processes and requirements, ensuring regular engagement and delivering outstanding service throughout both the onboarding and renewal procedures
- Assess legal documents to ascertain business structure and identify authorized signatories
- Evaluate market reputations to confirm that dealers align with Credit Human's values
- Examine financial tax returns and check checks to gain deeper insights into the financial well-being of the dealer
- Oversee all communication channels (online, email, phone, chat, text, etc.) to assist and support our dealers and members
Experience:
Required
- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, financial services and/or indirect lending required
Preferred
- 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, financial services and/or indirect lending preferred
Education:
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Sharp problem-solving skills to identify creative and meaningful solutions
- Exceptional listening skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Effective time management and successfully prioritizing work in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to details
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
