The department inside sales product sales volume.

Feedback from customers, prospects, and peers.
Activities and Responsibilities:
Answer customer requests for product. Help the customer get the right product.
Answer customer phone calls, emails or web inquiries for product sales.
Do quotes for product sales same day as the opportunity is presented.
Enter orders for product from the Application Specialist, ESD
Enter product orders same day when possible or as quickly as can be done.
Respond to customer's requests for quotes by submitting quotations to customers for product sales.
Support Application Specialists with helping do quotes especially plug and play deals and get vendor information when needed.
Internal to J.A. King:
Participate in Sales team meetings where assigned.
