Job Description:
As a Sales Support Specialist at Genesis of Ridgefield, you will play an essential role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility will be assisting client advisers and customers through various tasks to enhance the overall dealership experience. This is an hourly position, and you will be part of a high-performance team dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to client advisers, ensuring seamless sales processes.
• Schedule and coordinate test drives, ensuring vehicles are prepared for customer appointments.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of sales leads and follow-ups.
• Assist with CRM data entry, ensuring all customer information is up to date.
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction by helping resolve any client concerns.
• Help maintain an organized and presentable sales and showroom area.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to answer basic customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer support or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
