WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our company is currently in search of a motivated and detailed individual to join our Phoenix Government Services (PGS) Team. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming communications and customer service inquiries and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. The Sales Support Specialist will also act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems which customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Perform order entry and order management.
- Communicate with customers by email and phone concerning orders, contract pricing, returns and replacement orders, shipments, products and information necessary to process orders.
- Expedite orders in coordination with other departments within the company.
- Complete new account set up and entry.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A thorough understanding of computer software and programs and the effective use of these computer skills. Experience with and the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel are required.
- Ability to interact with customers, sales staff, and other company personnel in a manner that promotes customer retention and creates a positive work culture reflective of Phoenix's commitments.
- Time management: the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both in an oral and written manner.
- Ability to perform successfully with indirect supervision; self-starter/self-motivated and persistent.
- Accepting of performing repetitive tasks daily.
