Sales Trainee - K.S. Systems

At KSE Systems, we excel in assisting companies in gaining new and repeat customers   Our expertise lies in harnessing the power of cutting-edge marketing techniques and blending them with traditional methods to create a unique, impactful approach.  Working with esteemed companies in telecommunications, we use our distinctive residential sales methods to fulfill their specific enrollment needs.

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Engage with potential customers to learn their needs and preferences and educate them on our clients products and services that will best suit them 
• Work side by side with seasoned sales team members to gain hands on experience on how to effectively implement our sales and marketing strategies 
• Facilitate both the enrollment and the installation process on behalf of the customer to ensure a  timely delivery of all services 
• Maintain an up to date record of all customer interactions 
• Participate in continued training opportunities 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Confident in both your verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable problem solving and thinking on your feet 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time 
• Ability to quickly and easily build rapport with customers and clients
