Job Title: Sales And Use Tax Specialist
Location: Malvern, PA 19355
Duration: 6+ Month (Extension)
Pay Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr W2
Description:
- This position is for a Staff Accountant and is responsible for the following:
- Calculation and filing of quarterly estimates – approximately 275 per quarter
- Calculation and filing annual extensions- approximately 275
- Prepare and file quarterly Excise tax returns – PCORI, Superfund, FIT
- Assist with e-filing transmission of annual Corporate Income Tax returns
- Assist with resolution of State tax notices
- Maintain/update the SIT state model each quarter in Corp Tax (income tax compliance software)
- B.S. in Accounting or equivalent experience in accounting required
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products required
- Knowledge of CorpTax (or similar income tax compliance software) preferred
- Knowledge of CorpTax Office and CorpTax Planner a plus.
