Our leading patient management platform is designed to enhance patient outcomes and streamline the workflow for healthcare providers. We're looking for a dynamic Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst to work cross-functionally with our teams to solve problems and enhance operational workflows within the teams.
The Role
The Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our Salesforce platform, including both standard and custom integrations. This individual must be comfortable with moderately advanced Salesforce functions such as validation rules, flows, dynamic forms, and other related items.
Responsibilities
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the unique needs of Rhythm, leveraging both out-of-the-box functionality and custom development when necessary. Implement and maintain validation rules, workflows, process builders, and dynamic forms to enhance system efficiency and usability.
- Integration Management: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other relevant systems to streamline data flow and enhance cross-platform functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with external systems and applications.
- User Support and Documentation: Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and assessing the root of user challenges. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Data Management and Quality Assurance: Implement data management best practices to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within Salesforce. Perform regular data audits and quality assurance checks to identify and rectify any data discrepancies or issues.
- System Maintenance and Optimization: Conduct regular system maintenance activities, including managing user profiles, roles, and permissions, performing system upgrades, and optimizing system performance. Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and new features to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross functionally with teams to understand key challenges and issues preventing them from working at the top of their abilities. Develop practical solutions to solve the problems and improve the user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, preferably in a technology-enabled healthcare or medical services environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder are preferred.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce, including but not limited to validation rules, custom objects, visual flow editors, dynamic forms, and Lightning App Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, and third-party integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is required.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Location & Compensation
This is a fully-remote or hybrid role. We have locations in Rockville, MD and Brooklyn, NY and while we prefer in-person work, the nature of this role is one where remote-work is acceptable.
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
