Overview:
Highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team.
As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs
Solid understanding of the core Salesforce platform, its capabilities, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable and effective solutions, providing technical leadership and strategic direction throughout the Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
Pay Rate: 78.00 - 80.00 $/Hour
Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture: Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce platform-based implementations, integrating with external systems as needed.
Develop architectural blueprints and roadmap strategies to achieve a high-performing, low-maintenance system.
Salesforce Best Practices: Apply deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, rules, and limitations to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
Recommend and implement Salesforce best practices in security, governance, data management, and custom development.
Implementation Oversight: Provide technical oversight and hands-on leadership during Salesforce implementations, ensuring the system aligns with business goals.
Guide developers, administrators, and implementation teams on key architectural decisions.
Manage and review the execution of Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce updates and continuously look for opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
Drive the adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
Mentoring & Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce for the internal team and external partners.
Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in an architect role.
Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform capabilities.
Strong background in Salesforce integration with third-party applications and legacy systems.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and security best practices.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.
Proficiency in data modeling, workflows, validation rules, and automation within Salesforce.
Experience with Salesforce API integration and tools like Mulesoft, Heroku, or other middleware platforms.
Certifications: Salesforce Architect certification (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect) preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
