Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA 30354 (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite And 2 days remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

• Experience in Service Cloud, Salesforce Case Management to record, track and solve customer issues by sales, service and support.
• Experience on Salesforce's digital experience platform (DXP- Salesforce experience cloud) .
• Delivering full lifecycle SFDC and Migration from legacy tools to Salesforce.
• Design components using apex code and develop using extension, custom settings, visual force pages
• Providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages
• Identify, escalate, and monitor technical issues to resolution
• Mentor and manage teams of younger consultants to be able to keep project on time Quality Assurance review of work done by the team
• Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration vs
• Evaluating new features and supporting the development of new business functions
• Responding to support request training end users
• Creating reports and dashboards
