Job role:
 
·         Solution architect having minimum 10 years of CRM experience of which at least 6 years of Salesforce experience
·         Ability to translate business issues into technical solutions including technical leadership and coordination, and ensuring customer needs are met
·         Extensive experience working on Salesforce Sales, service Cloud and communities, Rest API, Apex code and integrations
·         Ability to work hands on to write and debug code, configuration in salesforce and troubleshoot issues, willing to collaborate with teams across technologies
·         Experience in Heroku integration
·         Experience working on cloud craze
·         Experience working in Agile programs/methodology
·         Leadership abilities, Sound problem solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills
·         Ability to work across business and IT stakeholders in providing solutions
·         Should be willing to work/relocate to work from Milwaukee location
 
Certification requirements:
 
·         Salesforce Admin Certified
·         Salesforce platform developer certified
·         Sales or service cloud certified
 
Preferred:
 
·         Salesforce cloud craze certified
·         Experience in .net
