About the Job
The Salesforce Business Analyst intern is This role is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and system diagrams of an existing Salesforce org. They will work with a combined team of architects, administrators, and developers to develop an understanding of these systems. They will also assist in quality assurance and on other projects as needed. As we establish a global governance model, this role will be pivotal in helping document and provide input on these new processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system-related documentation including integrations and external (third-party) applications.
- Create documentation and training materials related to project Governance.
- Participates in technical team meetings and provide updates to the team as needed.
- Working with Technical and Enterprise architects, help establish business standards and processes in alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Document current system processes to provide visibility to the business stakeholders, support team and build teams.
- Assist in quality assurance and contribute to the testing and debugging of solutions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to think strategically and organize information from multiple sources.
- Ability to successfully work alone, as well as with other members of a team.
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Lucid Chart, Vizio or other software.
- Experience with CRMs, such as Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce and how integrations work at a high level.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
Education
Required:
- Currently a Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program (Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field)
Preferred:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field)
