Salesforce Business Analyst Intern - Merz North America, Inc

The Salesforce Business Analyst intern is This role is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and system diagrams of an existing Salesforce org. They will work with a combined team of architects, administrators, and developers to develop an understanding of these systems. They will also assist in quality assurance and on other projects as needed. As we establish a global governance model, this role will be pivotal in helping document and provide input on these new processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system-related documentation including integrations and external (third-party) applications.
• Create documentation and training materials related to project Governance.
• Participates in technical team meetings and provide updates to the team as needed.
• Working with Technical and Enterprise architects, help establish business standards and processes in alignment with Salesforce best practices.
• Document current system processes to provide visibility to the business stakeholders, support team and build teams.

• Assist in quality assurance and contribute to the testing and debugging of solutions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to think strategically and organize information from multiple sources.
  • Ability to successfully work alone, as well as with other members of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills

• Preferred:

  • Experience with Lucid Chart, Vizio or other software.
  • Experience with CRMs, such as Salesforce.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce and how integrations work at a high level.
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira

Education

• Required:

  • Currently a Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program (Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field)

• Preferred:

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field)
