Piper Companies is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a thriving consulting company supporting an extremely mission driven initiative. This is a hybrid (2x a times a week) and full-time position located in Washington DC where you can put your skills to use for a good cause!
Essential Duties of the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce solutions
- Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
- Perform data analysis and mapping to ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce
Qualifications of the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Salesforce Experience Portals
- Proficiency in data analysis and mapping, with experience using tools such as Excel or Salesforce Data Loader
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust required
Compensation for the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst:
- $100,000-$115,000 (based on experience)
