Responsibilities:
- Guide this company in the architecture and design of a new Salesforce Experience Cloud portal for B2B customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Experience Cloud projects, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members on Experience Cloud functionalities.
- Strong in the Experience Cloud area (web portals) in Salesforce who can assist us in developing and implementing our digital experience strategy (customer portal). Rough summary of qualifications:
- Extensive technical knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and how it is most effectively leveraged with minimal code.
- This includes knowledge of related Experience Cloud features such as Commerce Cloud.
- Experience in implementing multiple Experience Cloud portals.
- Does not need to be a UI/UX expert but will need to work with our UI/UX team to make sure Experience Cloud implementation generally conforms to this company UI/UX guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and components.
- Experience in implementing Experience Cloud portals for several other companies, preferably those that are B2B as opposed to B2C.
- Proficiency in Experience Builder, Salesforce CMS, and other related tools.
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Apex.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
