At least 5 years' experience in a salesforce environment as an administrator plus experience supporting end users in sales, marketing and customer service. Must have worked in a company supporting 200+ users globally.
Produce detailed monthly reports to track key sales metrics including pipeline, sales-to-date, won - loss reports, quota attainment, etc.
Work with the Finance team to generate revenue reports such as forecasts and quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year growth.
Assist Sales team with monthly commission reporting.
Provide critical analysis of monthly sales performance to Sales managers.
Assist in creating and managing comp plans, document territory and quote changes as needed, and ensure all new and updated plans are submitted to the HR and Finance departments.
Manage all sales tasks in SalesForce.com, including but not limited to, territory changes and lead tracking.
Drive functional and usability enhancements in global Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Serve as a subject matter expert concerning all systems, tools, reporting and data in support of a rapidly growing
Gather functional business requirements from across the sales organization to develop business requirements documentation
Develop reports/dashboards for critical business metrics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years professional experience supporting sales operations in a Salesforce.com environment
Experience in all administrative aspects of Salesforce.com user support such as assigning appropriate levels and permissions, create/modify/delete user accounts, and custom reporting
Proactive problem solver with proven track record for improving CRM solutions in a fast paced environment
Mastery of Salesforce
Expert command of Microsoft Excel including understanding of pivot tables
