Our Client, is a global Fintech leader with $5 billion in revenues, provides the critical infrastructure that powers investing, corporate governance and communications to enable better financial lives is seeking a Salesforce CRM Analyst for their Sales Automation team
This role's primary responsibility is to support delivery and adoption of key features for Salesforce.com at with our client
This role will work with the Platform Owner, Lead Solutions Architect, and Support Lead to document, test, and roll-out new features
Responsibilities include engagement with business users, troubleshooting issues, platform improvements, and driving adoption.
We are seeking candidates who are looking to join a fast-growing CRM program and are seeking to take ownership of various aspects of the Salesforce platform

Success in this role will be based on your ability to channel your observations from working sessions or self-driven analysis into actionable tasks.
Location: REMOTE (EST Hours)

Key Role Responsibilities
• Support training and onboarding of business users to the system, drive adoption on existing apps and features
• Develop a deep understanding of the value proposition of Salesforce.com in context of business needs and relay consistent messaging to business audiences to encourage and reinforce best practices
• Configure Salesforce according to approved solutions including but not limited to, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Quick Actions, Fields, Feature Settings, Lightning Apps, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Permissions, Custom Metadata Tables, Custom Objects, Groups, Queues, Record Types
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of materials and artifacts provided by the business
• Capture comprehensive meeting notes; author requirements based on workshops and conversations with stakeholders, business users; author and track user stories
• Author and maintain clear, complete, and well versioned documentation under guidance from senior architect and project leads
• Groom and prioritize backlog based on business requests and/or recurring observed issues
• Research Salesforce features, manage platform readiness for new SFDC releases
• Maintain Project Tracking tools to ensure real-time visibility into progress of project tasks and overall workstreams
• Maintain Configuration Workbooks and execute system audits and spot-checks
• Create and maintain user-facing documentation for training admins and business users
Additional responsibilities and areas of coverage include:
o User support and error troubleshooting
o User Login & Access Support
o Tracking user issues to inform new features and business user engagement opportunities
o Research and document current state functionality
o Host live new feature demos and Q&As
o Author and distribute release notes and feature announcements
o Maintain training-resources for business users
o Maintain training-resources for admins, including but not limited to administrative policies and frameworks, internal training documentation
o Execute QA testing for new features and platform changes
o Support Bulk Data Updates
Experience/Qualifications
• Salesforce.com Certification, preferably Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant
• Delivery of Salesforce.com automation and custom features that directly served a business need, experience leading 3+ transformative initiatives preferred
• Experience in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud core configuration, Flow Configuration, Data Loader, Excel required
• Experience in Platform Events, Sandbox Management, DevOps, Snapshots, SFDC Analytics, Marketing Cloud, JIRA, Project Management, Mobile, Eloqua, OwnBackup, Outlook Integration, Service Cloud, preferred
• SOQL, Talend, HTML, Apex, Javascript, LX web components and exposure or experience with the latest tooling for Salesforce.com optimization all a plus
• Experience with implementations supporting a SaaS/subscription-based business preferred
• Ability to contribute and support projects through the full lifecycle from inception through delivery and post-launch adoption
Salary: $110-115K base
