Salesforce CRM Analytics Analyst (Remote)

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Salesforce CRM Analytics Analyst to come in and support their internal staff with using and learning their newly added Salesforce Analytics dashboard. You will also deliver actionable insights, build comprehensive reports and dashboards, and ensure the successful use of the CRM analytics solutions. This position requires a strong background in Salesforce CRM, data analytics, and cloud-based data management, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics
• Experience leading the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
• AWS Data Lakes experience
• Expertise in the design, build, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards within Salesforce, providing stakeholders with clear, actionable insights

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
