Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership on complex Salesforce solutions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components.

Salesforce Implementation:
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Configure and develop solutions using Salesforce tools like Lightning Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.

Custom Development:
- Build and deploy custom applications using Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and SOQL.
- Develop custom Salesforce APIs using Apex to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications.

Integration & Automation:
- Create automated business processes using Salesforce Flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs and web services.

Salesforce CPQ:
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) development, including configuring price books, quoting, and contract management.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other developers to deliver custom Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure seamless deployment of solutions by working with DevOps and release management teams.

Troubleshooting & Optimization:
- Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce platform performance, integrations, and configurations.
- Optimize Salesforce applications for better performance and scalability.

Stay Updated:
- Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and releases.
- Provide recommendations for adopting new features or tools to improve system capabilities.

Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce architecture.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

Salesforce Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Configuration (e.g., Lightning Flows, Validation Rules, Formula Fields).
- Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience in developing and customizing solutions using Salesforce CPQ, Apex classes, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Lightning Components.

Programming Skills:
- Hands-on programming experience in JavaScript (for LWC), Apex, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and ability to create and manage them.

Problem-Solving:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying issues with complex Salesforce configurations and developing efficient solutions.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with CPQ, Conga, and Docusign:
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Conga, and Docusign is a plus.

Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
