Your opportunity
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for enhancing and customizing our Salesforce platform to improve our business processes and solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
+ Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, Salesforce configuration and other programming tools.
+ Design and maintain complex Salesforce workflows, process automations, and integrations with external systems.
+ Produce unit tests and participate in peer reviews with other developers.
+ Use your knowledge of data best practices and object structures to design solutions and to ensure data integrity between Salesforce and other systems.
+ Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, new features, and best practices to ensure the platform is fully leveraged.
+ Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
+ Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration guides, and development best practices.
+ Manage code repositories and perform production releases.
+ Serve as technical support for issues that arise on the Salesforce platform.
Must have skills
+ Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, LWCs, Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL.
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and security.
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations such as object relationships, page layouts , lightning record pages, lightning app builder etc
+ Proven experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g. REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party applications.
+ Salesforce Certifications, including Platform Developer 1 certification.
+ Experience with DevOps, including branching, conflict resolution, and release pipelines.
+ Proficiency with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
+ Experience working with Product Management and Agile methodologies.
Nice to have skills
+ Experience with Sales and Service Clouds strongly preferred.
+ Experience with Azure DevOps and Gearset is preferred.
+ Additional Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, including Platform Developer II and JavaScript Developer I
+ Experience integrating with cloud data platforms is preferred, including Snowflake and Databricks.
+ Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
+ Experience in the Financial and/or Technology sectors.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through November 15, 2024. Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
