The Salesforce Developer is an accomplished developer in performing customizations, configurations and integration of Salesforce platform to include vertical offerings like Sales, Service and Marketing clouds. Must have hands-on experience in developing Salesforce solutions. Should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share the knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a good foundation of the Salesforce platform and its offerings. Experience in Salesforce Communities, Self-registration workflows, Salesforce Lightning Web Components is preferred.
The candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn new offerings from Salesforce and overcome technical challenges in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide design, and implementation expertise to a cross-functional software development team. The Salesforce Developer will play a key role in designing and solution Salesforce to both client as well as in-house.
Job Duties:
?Meet with stakeholders to understand requirements, determine design and perform gap-analysis to identify appropriate deployment strategy
?Configure and customize Salesforce application/solution as per business requirements and expectations using out-of-box features and Salesforce platform (force.com)
?Integrate Salesforce application/solution using natively available integration techniques like REST/SOAP etc.
?Create VisualForce and Lightning Web Components
?Configure communities including designing UI/UX for end user
?Evaluate, ensure and recommend appropriate solution is leveraged ? platform vs Service cloud
?Brainstorm solutions, conduct architecture and design reviews to support internal teams as well as end clients.
?Follow best practices and continuous improvement process to identify future upgrade issues and design considerations
?Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
?Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university is required
?At least five (5) years of Salesforce experience
?Experience in both platform and cloud offerings including communities
?Experience in UI/UX design of Salesforce application
?Experience in configuring Contact Center capabilities like Omnichannel, Skill based routing, integration with AWS Connect and SuccessKPI is preferred
?Hands on experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications
?Support, perform and troubleshoot deployment issues.
?Review the existing documentation and document technical specifications.
?Perform maintenance on existing software products and contribute knowledge of business applications.
?Contribute as necessary to the development of all project artifacts throughout the system development life cycle.
?Preferred Salesforce platform certification

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
