Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and omni-channel digital marketing best practices
- Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Configure and customize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet complex business requirements, enhancing marketing automation processes.
- Develop technical solutions for personalized customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy optimization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective measures to improve system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are well-integrated with overall business goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, updates, and best practices in marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, configuration, and development.
- Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a talent for interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions. Excellent problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
