Salesforce Developer-SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED- Washington, DC - Piper Companies

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms for the DOJ NSD (National Security Division) located 100% onsite in Washington, DC. The Salesforce Developer will be developing, modifying, and maintaining these platforms to meet NSD’s needs, leveraging ITSM, ITBM, SPM, and native Salesforce tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case/matter management platform, using native Salesforce applications, custom workflows, and APIs.
• Design, develop, and enhance the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ITBM, and SPM modules to improve NSD business processes.
• Work with tools like Litify/LegalStratus, Salesforce CRM Analytics, Flosum (DevOps), and integrate with data repositories such as Max.gov. 

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Expertise in configuring, supporting, and maintaining Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Active Secret security clearance required, prefers active Top Secret

Compensation:

Salary: $150,000- $190,000/year **depending on experience**

Clearance: Secret Required (prefers Top Secret), will be upgraded to TS/SCI

Location: Washington, DC- 100% Onsite (175 N Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002) core hours 10am-3pm EST required
