About the Job
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead system architecture design and discovery sessions.
- Customize Salesforce solutions with a focus on Einstein AI (Copilot, Prompt Builder, Case Classification, etc.) and Service Cloud integrations.
- Conduct discovery sessions, define business requirements, write user stories, and provide detailed system and functional designs.
- Detail business processes and create wireframes using process flow diagram tools, UML, and sequence diagrams.
- Present technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
- Expertise in Einstein AI and integration in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Authority-level experience in defining system architecture landscapes and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Hands-on experience with key Einstein tools, including Agent Studio, Prompt Builder, and AI GenAI & Predictive features.
- Knowledge of structured/unstructured data and Experience Cloud (MIAW, Omni-Channel setup).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies.
