Pacific Seafood is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our CRM implementation initiatives. This role will work closely with our Training & Development, Sales, IT, and Marketing departments to optimize our Salesforce platform and improve customer engagement metrics. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM implementation, marketing analytics, and sales optimization strategies while contributing to Pacific Seafood's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing CRM data and effectiveness
- Support the development of best practices and SOPs for CRM usage
- Contribute to marketing email campaign optimization and ROI tracking
- Help create and facilitate CRM training materials and sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency
Required
- Current enrollment in a related degree program (Business, Marketing, IT, or similar)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
