Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the optimal performance and utilization of Salesforce systems and products.
- Lead the definition and execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategies at On Location.
- Develop and deploy marketing initiatives including SMS/MMS, Email Marketing, Journey Optimization, Subscriber Lists, Salesforce Integrations (native connectors and third-party), Cloud Pages (front and back), and data models with a focus on data hygiene.
- Establish performance reporting and spearhead A/B testing of marketing campaigns.
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems (Clouds) to optimize workflows and integration.
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom objects, fields, and automations (e.g., Salesforce Flow).
- Design, build, test, debug, and document projects related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and legacy Pardot, addressing both bug fixes and new features.
- Strategize and execute content marketing campaigns, manage lists, execute campaigns, and measure results.
- Perform administrative tasks such as adding/removing users, creating roles, and providing ad-hoc support as needed.
- Manage development and engagements with third-party consultants to ensure project completion.
- Import and manage data while maintaining data integrity and awareness of automations.
- Build and maintain market solutions that meet business needs across the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales and Service Clouds).
Required Education and/or Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration (Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud).
- Hands-on experience managing multichannel marketing campaigns (email, mobile, experiential).
- 3+ years of experience collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Proficiency in creating AMPscript and CloudPages for advanced personalization and dynamic content.
- Experience with Flow Builder, Omni-Channel, Custom Objects, sandbox management, and user administration.
- Strong understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant data privacy and compliance regulations.
- Proficient with Salesforce data models, SOQL queries, and Data Loader.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS to build emails and landing pages.
- Experience in developing customer-facing user interfaces.
- Proven experience supporting both Sales and Marketing teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective listening, and expertise in setting and managing expectations.
- Demonstrated ability in solution documentation, project scoping, and execution.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
