About the Job
KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for senior SFMC Developer. This person will act as a SME and provide guidance and best practices and take a consultative approach.
- Platform Configuration and Maintenance: setting up and configuring the platform to meet the specific needs of the organization. These responsibilities encompass tasks such as user account creation and management, role and permission definition, and the establishment of security settings aimed at safeguarding data integrity and ensuring its protection.
- Data Management and Integration: proficient in managing data within the platform. They oversee data imports and exports, perform data cleansing and deduplication, and ensure data integrity and quality. Moreover, they closely collaborate with various business systems and applications to ensure the seamless integration of data, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of customer interactions and behaviors.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity and quality within the platform, ensuring accurate segmentation and personalization.
- Analytics and Reporting: As needed, leverage the platform's analytics capabilities to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insights into marketing efforts.
- Training and Support: serve as subject matter experts and provide training and support to marketing teams. Educate users on best practices, conduct workshops, and offer guidance on campaign setup and execution.
- Remain well-informed about industry trends, best practices, and the latest advancements within the platform to stay at the cutting edge of marketing innovation.
- Understanding of REST, MQ, JSON and XML
- Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email studio, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio), Ad Studio, Audience Builder, etc.
- Designing and implementing automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and customer journey
- Using Marketing Cloud's scripting languages to develop advanced, personalized, and dynamic messages and landing pages
