Job Description
+ Work with key stakeholders to understand business goals and define technical strategy.
+ Design and Document end-to-end solution for key business requirements.
+ Work with and train Business Users to help drive campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
+ Advisory on Marketing Cloud best practices.
+ Collaborate with and guide Marketing Cloud developers - Onshore and Offshore.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage dependencies.
Required Skills
+ 5 years hands-on experience delivering solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
+ Working knowledge on - Email/Mobile/Web Studios, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
+ Working knowledge of Salesforce core platform capabilities.
+ Preferred Certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist.
