Job Summary:
We are seeking a QA Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce and web applications testing. The ideal candidate will be tasked with manual and automated testing, ensuring the integration and quality of Salesforce functionalities, and maintaining high-quality standards across the board. This role involves close collaboration with the development team to review design documents and develop comprehensive test documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce and web applications, focusing on functionality, integration, and user experience.
- Use APIs for Salesforce testing to validate data flows between systems and Salesforce integrations.
- Test, track, and validate newly introduced or updated product features ensuring their quality and design.
- Lead quality standards, create, and maintain comprehensive testing documentation including test cases and automated tests using tools like AccelQ.
- Review design documents for testability, contributing to the overall quality of the design and product.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning UI and backend.
- Strong experience with SOQL and SOSL.
- Solid understanding and proficiency in QA methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
- At least 1-3 years of QA experience, specifically with Salesforce testing.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
This position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our Westminster office, and aims to ensure the highest quality of Salesforce integrations and applications through meticulous testing and collaboration.
