Requirements
- Two years of Salesforce quality assurance (QA) and/or configuration experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience with system usability, interfacing, and use case verification
- 1-3 years of experience performing user acceptance end-to-end testing, and failure root cause analysis
- 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce configuration and data migration tools
- Proficiency with Salesforce fields, objects, flows, process builder, and workflow rules
- Ability to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed
- Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams while multi-tasking across multiple projects
- Currently hold or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification greatly desired
- Strongly prefer the Bachelor’s degree to be in Computer Science or a similar discipline
- Ability to handle test plan development, execution, and support organizational change management efforts
- A high degree of skill in troubleshooting, characterizing, and describing software defects
- Experience or certification with Salesforce products/services including Service Cloud; Experience Cloud; Tableau; Einstein; Business Analysis; and Automated
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams, including use of tools such as Atlassian JIRA
- Ability to effectively communicate technical work to various audiences through verbal and written methods
- Experience with Department of Defense projects
Description
Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance / Configuration Specialist to join the existing SRC Cloud Services Integration Team (CSIT), which is currently working with multiple DoD customers providing Salesforce configuration, development, and integration support.
- Acts as an organized team player
- Uses previous Salesforce QA and configuration experience
- Splits time between QA and configuration based on the needs of the team, projects, deliverables, and schedule
- Handles, tests plan development, tests execution, and issues resolution
- Reviews and clarifies customer requirements, configures and modifies the appropriate Salesforce organization to meet those requirements, and develops documents to aid in customer adoption and future internal support
- Creates and manages Salesforce Flows to automate business processes
- Uses Salesforce configuration tools proficiently and provides solutions to complex business problems
- Utilizes strong written and verbal communication skills, as interfacing with external vendors and Government customers is required
- Operates in a hybrid office versus a remote situation, which may change according to customer requirements
