Job Responsibilities:

Translate clients' business requirements into well architected solutions that demonstrate the Salesforce platform
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and integration efforts
Develop custom solutions and interfaces using the Salesforce platform
Provide detailed time and resource estimates for SOW creation
Work with clients to design and implement CRM solutions
Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and launching CRM solutions
Collaborate and communicate with multiple client teams and vendors as needed in the scope of the project
Assign requirements to the project team of Admin & Developers
Coach and mentor team of technical talent as needed
Update management team on overall project, risks, and technology issues and propose suitable alternatives

Skills & Experience:

At least 8 years of Salesforce/Force.com platform experience
Heavy service cloud and data transfer experience
Web Services development, or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/Metadata, etc.)
Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
Ability to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications
Extensive Visual Force, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience
Hands-on knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and SDLC
Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex Web services, and APIs.
Experience in an Agile development environment and onshore/offshore model
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Experience employing problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
Proven client-facing skills including written, presentation and verbal communications skills
Active Salesforce Developer/Administrator/Architect certifications
