Salesforce Systems Analyst

Contract Length: 12-month contract (renewable)
Location: Temple Terrace, FL (US-based)
Work Setup: Hybrid (In-office Tuesday/Wednesday, 2 days per week)

Our Telecommunication Connect team is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of sales and operations systems that enhance business efficiency and customer experience. As a Salesforce Systems Analyst, you'll work with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and improve business processes through technology solutions.

Salesforce Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to gather and document system requirements
• Support the implementation and maintenance of CRM and ERP systems
• Assist in testing, deployment, and user adoption of new systems and features
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper system integration
• Support user acceptance testing and training initiatives
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and system updates

Salesforce Systems Analyst Qualifications:

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in salesforce
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Product Owner certification such as CSPO or SAFe POPM

Preferred:

• Salesforce certification
• Experience with SAP
• Background in telecommunications industry
• Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis
• Experience with project management tools
