Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to drive the successful implementation of FSC solutions, ensuring they align with the company's financial services strategies and goals
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, providing technical leadership, and mentoring the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce FSC Implementation: Design and lead the implementation of Salesforce FSC solutions tailored to the financial services domain, focusing on wealth management, insurance, banking, and other financial industries.
Solution Architecture: Define scalable and efficient Salesforce architecture that aligns with business requirements and best practices, ensuring optimal performance and integration with other platforms.
Development Leadership: Oversee Salesforce development, guiding the team in coding, customizations, configurations, and integration of third-party apps
Ensure adherence to Salesforce standards and practices.
Data Modeling and Integration: Design and manage data models, integrations, and data migration plans, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Salesforce FSC.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and communicate technical strategies.
Customization & Configuration: Utilize Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and other tools to customize Salesforce as per business needs, particularly within the FSC environment.
Mentorship & Team Management: Mentor junior developers and foster an environment of continuous improvement, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Compliance and Security: Ensure that Salesforce solutions meet regulatory requirements, data privacy, and security standards specific to financial services.
Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and manage the deployment process through DevOps or CI/CD pipelines.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and lead the team in incorporating these advancements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on Financial Services Cloud.
Proven track record in leading Salesforce development teams and managing full Salesforce implementation lifecycles.
Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and FSC-specific features.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
Knowledge of data modeling, data security, and compliance standards in the financial industry.
Certifications (preferred):
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
