Salary Range: $110K-$120K/Annum



Job Description:

• A UI/UX designer is a professional who identifies opportunities to create optimal user experiences supporting specific use cases (Contact Cases/Customer interactions in our case). They also ensure that the end-to-end journey with their products or services meets desired outcomes set the Business stakeholders

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (LDS) is a plus
• Adhere to Salesforce style standards on fonts, colors and images (reference and enhance the project Style guide)
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Use wireframe tools to assist with delivering the UI specs
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how application functions and looks like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
