Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building relationships and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client accounts, and promoting our comprehensive range of services. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients for rubbish removal and building management services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Present and promote our services effectively to meet client needs and drive sales.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on progress and performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the service industry.
