Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and guiding them through the design and project development process. If you have a genuine care for others, a knack for sales, and a love for construction and design, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach. In addition, we also have a marketing program that generates project leads for you.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client visions are realized.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the company and its services.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or design industry.
- Strong understanding of design-build processes and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and clean background report.
