**Job Summary** The primary goal of this position is to manage merchandise and deliver exceptional sales support, customer service, and administrative assistance to Sales Executives, clients, the Vault Operations Manager, and the Salon Director. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee merchandise inventory and organization.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist Sales Executives with sales-related tasks and inquiries.
• Support administrative functions for the Salon and Vault operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
