WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SALON EDUCATION LEAD
- 7+ years of cosmetology license
- 3+ years of salon experience
- Experience in a salon school environment
- Salon license
- Strong technical abilities
- Ability to give thorough presentations
- Excellent time management skills, strong coaching ability, flexibility, and great problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Paul Mitchell industry (preferred)

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SALON EDUCATION LEAD
This teaching position also has two schedules to choose from:
- Tuesday - Saturday: Starting at 8:30 am with Sunday and Mondays off
OR
- Monday - Friday: 1:30 pm to 10 pm, with weekends and mornings off
When you join our beauty school as the Salon Education Lead, your day commences with early and energized preparation to guide your team to success. You begin by guiding each team member, ensuring alignment and readiness for the day ahead. Throughout the day, you diligently oversee the sales team, address classroom issues, and ensure the up-to-date maintenance of education files and grading. Additionally, you support the learning leaders, conduct meetings, and supervise diverse training activities. As a teacher, your active involvement in the school community involves close collaboration with your team and clients to ensure a productive and successful day.
