Salon Operations Manager - FACE FOUNDRIÉ

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lashes, brows and skincare. Our modern, open concept space promotes a welcoming and relaxing environment. Join us in opening a new store in early 2025! There is a ton of growth potential within FACE FOUNDRIÉ, as we continue to expand throughout the United States. The Salon Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRIÉ goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Salon Manager is responsible for creating an environment that exceeds standards of excellence in guest service, client retention, employee development, operational effectiveness, team culture, and local marketing efforts. The Salon Manager reports to the owner, and serves as the primary contact for all salon personnel, and serves as the manager on duty five days per week (Tuesday - Saturday).

General Manager Responsibilities:

● Fosters a team that delivers best-in-class customer service

● Exceeds financial metrics including: service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, retail revenue

● Identifies opportunities for growth such as staffing, scheduling and coaching

● Manages all personnel, including recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, safety and legal compliance

● Identifies professional development needed for each staff member

● Coaches each staff member towards individual, team, and/or personal goals

● Conducts reviews for all staff members

● Manages store inventory and supplies

● Leads social media and marketing events for the store

● Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans

● Performs services on guests, as needed

Availability: Nights and Weekends are required

Experience: One year of Manager experience is preferred
