Here is what we expect from you as a team member...

• Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Florida, or transferring from another state or country (If enrolled in Cosmo school, or recent graduate with emerging skillset, apply for Apprenticeship program)
• Competency in educating and consulting for services and retail products.
• Competency in Hair cutting, color application, styling, texture services, hair removal (wax), Highlighting, application of healthy hair treatments
• Outgoing and friendly, able to connect with guest and team members
• Personable and professional in approach and dress
• Good organizational skills, punctual, a collaborative team member, and able to work in a fast- paced atmosphere (our salons are busy)
• Passionate about providing a "Wow" experience to our guest
• Enjoys personal growth through a educational path that leads to advancement in our company
• Reliable transportation, able to work within a "Drug Free Workplace" with testing (Accommodations made for "authorized medical marijuana programs")
