Sanitation Supervisor - Path Engineering

As a Sanitation Supervisor (also known as Quality Manager, Sanitation Coordinator), you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the activities of the plant sanitation program. Your role will involve directing plant supervision activities to produce quality products through effective and cost-efficient sanitation programs. You will lead the implementation and execution of the sanitation program throughout the manufacturing plant, acting as the technical liaison between the plant, corporate headquarters, sanitation chemical company, and third-party sanitation provider.

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or equivalent education and experience in sanitary production of food and government regulations regarding food operations.
• 2+ years’ experience in Quality, Laboratory, or Production with emphasis on Quality Control.
• Knowledge in HACCP, Microbiology, Sanitation, Chemical Safety, Pest Control, and Quality Systems.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work primarily on 3rd shift and adjust shifts according to business needs.
