RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize cleaning equipment and chemical agents to sanitize production equipment and the environment within production areas.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions diligently.
• Accurately complete paperwork in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) standards.
• Understand and monitor equipment functionality, including cleaning and sanitizing parameters, and inspect cleaned equipment before use.
• Participate in regular and specialized training for cleaning techniques, including those used periodically.
• Operate machinery such as forklifts, floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety, PPE, and quality protocols while performing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with PPE and procedures, monitoring both self and team members.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned, including scheduled recurring duties during downtime.
• Consistent attendance is essential for fulfilling job responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have 1-3 months of relevant manufacturing experience or training. OTC or personal care bulk manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of PPE requirements and safety risks. Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, SDS, and other documentation.
• Proficient in basic math (whole numbers, fractions, decimals) and interpreting bar graphs. Can follow specialized training and retain key information.
• Ability to handle simple instructions and standardized issues. Basic skills in spreadsheets, email, and inventory/manufacturing software, with proven discretion in handling confidential information
